These terms govern your access to and use of Dimensional Weight Calculator (https://dim-weight.shipcostlab.com), a free informational tool operated by José Manuel Volante González (see the Legal notice for full provider identification).

Free use, no account

The tool is free to use. There is no registration, no account, no subscription and no payment required to use the calculator. If a paid add-on (for example a downloadable report) is offered in the future, its own purchase terms will be displayed before any checkout.

Informational nature of the results

The calculator produces indicative estimates of dimensional and billable weight based on publicly published carrier divisors, rounding rules and surcharge thresholds, compiled into a versioned dataset (version and last-verified date are shown next to the results). Results are NOT quotes, NOT binding rates, and may differ from a carrier's final invoice, which depends on zone, account discounts, service level and rule changes. Always confirm with the carrier before quoting a customer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site to violate any law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt the site, probe or circumvent security controls;
• scrape the site in a way that degrades availability for other users.

Intellectual property

Text, calculations, datasets and design are protected by intellectual property rights. Personal, non-commercial use with attribution is permitted. For commercial licensing contact microtools.contact@gmail.com.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's outputs, nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated for legal or operational reasons. The version in force is always the one published at this URL with the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
